Out of stock | | | The overall design is far more than just a scaled-down version of its big brother 60-watt, 2-channel Trademark 60 amp. The 100% analog Trademark 10 merges the simple-to-operate format of the exceptionally popular SansAmp GT2 pedal with the look and feel of the Trademark 60. It offers high-end, serious professional quality sound in a practice-amp-sized package. With the Trademark 10, you can travel from bedroom to motel room and from cafe to studio with a truckload of the most desirable, big tube amp sounds -- without so much as a luggage cart. Weighing just over 14 lbs., the Trademark 10 is a handsome, fully-equipped amplifier that delivers all the natural warmth and presence of the most recognized tube amp tones, and does so at any volume. For studio and live applications, proprietary SansAmp Tube Amplifier Emulation technology enables you to go straight into the mixer of a recorder or PA system via the XLR Direct Output. In addition to the 3 preset speaker styles you can choose with the flick of a switch, the Trademark 10 can also be miked. For recording, you have the advantage of being able to employ different microphones and miking techniques for even greater versatility. So you can capture all the nuances of multiply-miked, large, loud stage rigs without excessive volume. | | | | | |

Great practice amp Jan 10, 2007 Big sound from little package. Can't play any gigs but suprisingly great, almost loud sound. Very nice deep tone and distortion. Great for practice and home recording.

Practice amp dream - better at distortions but nice clean also Dec 01, 2006 This little amp is a wonderful practice amp (or very small audience/venue stage amp) with a nice, sparkling clean sound and also creates a nice, fairly nasty distortion sound. I use effects pedal board for specific sounds I like, but this amp really needs nothing unless you want to "metal" blitz. I also own a Tech 21 TM60 which I also give the highest recommendation possible. After playing through soooo many amp's in the $500 price range, the TM60 has the best clean channel sound available in a solid state amp under...$1500. Really, it's that good. And the modeling cabinet effects are very good.
In short, if you need low wattage practice amp, I've never played better than TM10... if you can still find it for sale anywhere. If you need medium sized venue amp or loud home amp, the TM60 1 X 12 is a WONDER in a lightweight package. EASY to haul around - sounds great with effects.
Only gripe - Tech 21 should include an amp cover with these amps. I think they did with the TM10 when it originally came out, but not the TM60 (at 2X the price).
Note: go try out all the amps in the world but remember you've been warned: Tech 21 is on fire in the solid state department ! No tubes to change but 98% of that tube sound. Aaaaahhhhhhh.
