Perfect for Home Studio Jul 14, 2007 Very versatile. I can easily adjust the angle of inclination to adjust for guitar and then vocals. The legs fold up vertically and the stand collapses on itself to be half the size for portability. Like most mic stands, this stand comes with a clip-on cord holder to keep the mic cord suspended along the horizontal arm.
One con is sometimes the heavy Samson CO1U USB Condenser Mic I use to record audio would sometimes tip it; however, if you use a little common sense when you plant the tripod legs to get the most support, this won't happen.
Overall, for the price, this mic stand was much better than I anticipated.
