Cheap, but Effective Jun 20, 2004 I am a professional mobile DJ and I used the CD-Mix1 for about a year at least once a week on professional gigs (weddings, parties, etc.) and would definitely recommend it either for the beginning mobile DJ or as a reliable backup system. It does not have any of the features of most advanced CD players today, but it always got the job done and never faultered in operation. I would not recommend this to the club DJ who requires lots of effects and "toys", but it is a solid cd player/mixer at a reasonable price.
