Monster cables are just below studio quality. I think their quality is consistent with the price point. That said; I use Canare cables for my home theater.

Use this cable for recording directly into my computer. Solid construction and amazing tone. NO MORE ADAPTERS!! Which can degrade sound quality. I'm an independent musician, and monster cables rock!
