You can use more than one Jul 21, 2007 If it's really dry you can place more than one of these in your guitar easily and raise the humidity quite a bit. Where I live, this is the only humidifier that's raised the humidity over about 38% (using two). I've actually had to be careful as I've hit almost 60%.
Using a humidity gauge in the case you can really fine tune the humidity, and because it doesn't cover the soundhole it humidifies the entire guitar.
Nice product, and Martin wouldn't make anything that would hurt your instrument. Just be sure to squeeze out the excess water.
