Great strings - poor service Sep 17, 2008
I placed my order on Aug. 27, the strings didn't arrive until Sept. 15, and they did not include "Bonus 6 Pack" of picks. My order was for 4 sets of strings and The Instrument Store shipped them all together in one small package but charged me four times for shipping and handling. The shipping charges were more than the strings! Can't trust them anymore now.

These strings sound great and my son liked the picks too. The strings last for a long time before needing to be changed.
