5Great guitar strap or bass strap! For light and heavy guitars!  Apr 02, 2008
DiMarzio has impressed me with this inexpensive and comfortable guitar strap. I have a Les Paul, which about feels twice as heavy as my Strat. The strap I replaced was a 3.5" padded leather, which cost me 3 times more, with this DiMarzio elastic and it really does spread the weight a lot better.

With my older strap, I felt a lot of pressure on my shoulder/neck area. With the DiMarzio elastic strap, the weight distributes more throughout my back rather than almost all of it on my shoulders.

I can play standing longer without getting a sore shoulder. Another plus with this is if you like to wear your guitar low or you stand taller than 6'3"...like Buckethead, who happens to use this same strap, you won't have to worry about wearing your guitar too high up because your strap wasn't long enough.

Great product! There's really nothing to compain about. Would buy again when this wears out.

HOWEVER!!! I highly recommend getting Dunlop Straplocks or similiar strap locks with this. It's elastic, think about it for a second. $2000 guitar...elastic strap...lots of movement on stage...

Spend the extra money for insurance on GOOD strap locks.
