This is What you need Jul 09, 2008 This is what you need when it comes to fine tune your guitar or bass Live, on the Stage!
Rock solid casings and jacks, the LEDs are just brilliant, precise tuning.
The batteries wont die that fast. And it does not affect your tone. It's true Bypass.
5 Stars.
Great Tuner May 18, 2008 A great tuner for performing or rehearsal. The muting effect is worth the price alone. Very versitile. The only tuner you'll need. I also own the TU-12 which is great but I think I'll be using this from now on, especially when playing live. You won't be sorry you bought this item.

Tune it or die... May 03, 2008 I purchased this pedal to round out my newly purchased fender's effects chain. The intelli tuner I use on my acoustic guitar just wasn't cutting it, and the used Boss TU12-H I tried had seen much better days.
Form-wise it fit right in with the rest of my boss pedals, it's rugged and easy to use, and I REALLY like the ability to mute the signal to tune or unplug and switch guitars.
I power it and my other pedals with a 1 Spot adapter and multi-harness. A winner!

The Industry Standard Jan 14, 2008 I've had the Boss Chromatic tuner for 8 years. I used it as a gigging musician for three years, and it was the one part of my rig that never failed me. It's simple to use, very durable and versatile (for both guitar and bass, and with half step and step lower tunings). Now I use it in my home studio - it's far more reliable than any other tuner I've used, gear or software.
I've worked in the radio industry for over 5 years, and I've met a large portion of the alternative and active rock bands. When they come to play in the studio, they bring a Boss Chromatic tuner. I've had many conversations with these professional musicians about how they would vouch for it as their most indispensable piece of equipment.
At $99 bucks, it might seem kind of pricey. But the rest of your effects pedals are worthless if your guitar isn't in tune. Even if you're just a beginner or a hobbyist, this is one investment you'll be pleased you made over and over again.

Most durable and accurate plug-in tuner. Dec 14, 2007 I like pitch forks in my living room where I can tune by ear, but nothing beats the BOSS TU-2 Chromatic Tuner Pedal for on-stage, on-the-fly tuning, where your audience is your focus. The lights make the tuner easy to read even in dark settings. This durable pedal allows you to tune silently, then at the stomp of the pedal, you're LIVE!
